★ ★ ★ ★ ★ now getting bad. they left my item/s at public mailbox whereby shud go frontdoor where im 24hrs in house as im disabled or left at my frontdoor. some asked me to collect downstairs and gave stupid reason that it was covid that they cannot send up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an item from 16th may, it reached malaysia on 22nd of may, item received at this hub on the 25th of may but never delivered to my house which is 3km away. For some reason on the 27th the hub shipped to ninjavan instead to deliver which is gonna take another week for delivery since it has to go through sortation again in shah alam. Absolutely ridiculous service. Never buying from lazada again unless i can change courier option.
