โ โ โ โ โ The seller on Lazada will always cancel customer order due to out of stock problem.2/2 times I purchased on Lazada and I encounters this kind of issue. Plus, if the seller cancel your order, Lazada will not refund fully to you. I bought a parcel for Rm50.93, but Lazada only refund me for RM 10.93. the worst thing is customer will always cannot connect to Lazada customer service. So, no staff will assist. People, think twice before using Lazada.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor delivery,forcing use Lazada express and parcel collect and could pending delivery at logistic 15 calender among Lazada and partner.Unable to cancel and if parcel sent with advance for return ,customer need to send back themself.Notice and suggestions all consumer playing on COD as you could cancel anytime even suddenly donโt like the item as no payment yet.This is experience and how I find the answers from Lazada as I could received COD item within 4days which item purchase later than paid item using reject doorstep

โ โ โ โ โ EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. My parcel reached the hub since 27/3/22 till today 8/4/22 no progress at all!!! When contacted the customer service they can only help to expedite the order which we all know it is useless! It deserves ZERO star actually. USELESS lazada express!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered 21 apr 21. Last date given to get item is 12 May which ia today. Contacted the seller on the delay, and seller said item is already with the logistics company.. Lazada express. Suddenly received email a further extension 10 days. Sigh.. ?.

โ โ โ โ โ Lazada, please be a responsible online platform. Flash express, your courier is not up to mark. You seem to be ignoring all complaints about this courier. I really do not want to cancel my three orders because it would not be fair to the sellers. What really is the problem!!!!!
