β β β β β Glad I gave this place a try. Happy with the alteration results, clean shop and customer service. Even though I suspect prices in other shops might be lower, I was happy to pay the asked price as the alteration was done to 100% satisfaction.

I had a very bad experience today from this LC Clothing Alteration Shop located in VIVA Homes Shopping Mall!!
For over 10 years living in KL in the areas near the VIVA Homes Shopping Mall and today I did visited the Gym I used to do my health fitness routines inside the VIVA Homes Shopping Mall and I was so happy that I've noticed that there is now this newly opened alteration shop called LC Clothing alteration (they're newly relocated in VIVA Homes Shopping Mall from else where).
I went in at 2-Oct 2021 around 3:50pm and enquire about the torn sleeve of one of my long sleeves shirt, the torn is at the upper left arm area of the sleeve and I ask this one young Chinese lady that was there (I don't get her name) if she can do a repair in some sort. At first she is well mannered talking to me while she is doing her ironing. And she responded saying that she need to see it first and I say OK.
Our conversation continue and while I'm trying to explain what I think needed to be done and I ask if she can be able to do that, then all of a sudden she change her tone of voice and rejected me in an instant with a very rude and arrogant manner and she say I have to bring it somewhere else. Or I have to do it myself.
When I question her why her attitude is liked that with the Customer? She keeps on saying that they are not professional enough to do the job (rectification on my torn sleeve_long sleeves shirt).
Then I say to her that I think you can say that to me in a nice way and I commented that you have to talk and deal with all your Customers in a more better way because we are a paying Customers and we don't come to your Shop and ask for free. I said to her that with your kind of rude and arrogant attitude no Customers will ever come to your Shop and you can imagine how bad the business will go on with this kind of bad Staff on board.
So I will never come to that Alteration Shop ever again and to tell to all my local friends and colleagues how bad is my experience with one of their Staff from that Shop.
