β β β β β What happened to the monthly maintenance charges collected by this management company? There's no periodic maintenance from them, none at all! Malfunctioned ground floor metal gates is so noisy, especially during night time. Wooden doors on ground and first floor are mostly broken with slamming sound spreading all over the units.
Lights were also malfunctioned for units located in Jalan Kampar Barat 10.

β β β β β Management hired guards from private contractors without giving them proper training. Day and night, these two guards on bike patrol are making some nasty comments about students staying in the rented units in Kampus West City. The Malay guard is known for making rude remarks during early hours in the morning around 4a.m. to 6 a.m. thinking residents inside the units can't hear him. Very unprofessional. My coursemates in Jalan Kampar 4 and 10 share the same thing. Theft is rampant here and having these unprofessional guards go up and down also not helping. It's still ongoing. Management not proactive - key card access on the ground floor not repaired, left spoiled, giving strangers easy access into units. Aren't the monthly rental paid to ANTZ include maintenance to repair these door access? Speechless!
