★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to find a hostel with standards comparable to a 5 star hotel, at an affordable price, and at a perfect location in Kampar, this is the ONLY place to stay.
With amenities such as shops, shopping outlets, TESCO, GIANT, and even Macdonalds nearby, the location is perfect for investment and rental.
Loving it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice place as a student hostel, I personally like the big parking space which can park two cars. At the same time, the WiFi is very good especially for those who are staying at the first floor. Besides that, it is very convenient for the resident to 'hunt' food as you can just cycle to the new town within 5~6minutes through a short cut.
However, it is quite far from UTAR, it will be better if you have your own car. Also, cockroaches and bugs might fly into your room if you didn't close your window(but this incidence happens at every housing area in Kampar).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is so rude that tenants can’t even communicate with them. The people working in management have cocky and bad attitude, thinking that they are the bosses of those tenants.
Setting up rules is good to ensure the quality of the house, however, conveying your message in a very rude way is not a good way of communication.
Tenants are the one who pay the rental, what makes management think they can be rude to them?
The management of Taman Mahsuri, please improve your comminucation skill, fix your cocky attitude and learn how to talk politely to people, especially your tenants.
Kampar is a small town where message can be spread out quickly just by Word-Of-Mouth communication. Think before your speak.
