★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit far to get to especially if you don't live in Shah Alam as it's in a industrial area. You would also have to register at the gate before going in. They also only keep office hours (I think). I suppose you can always do your warranty claims through your dealer if you got it from a physical outlet, but if you're already here, you might as well wait for them to fix it and you don't have to wait for them to send it back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send my phone for repairing battery, but my screen protector is broken when I went there for received my phone. Then they told me this is because they will put off all accessories when they doing checking on my phone, so that's a normal situation. Here I just want to say, they should have told their customers their technician might broke the screen protector because of checking phone problem when the customers send the phone for repairing. Just for this, customers services are good, people all having good attitudes.
