★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most overrated renovation company. Empty promises on the committed quotation date. Full of excuses when they miss the deadline.
If your company can’t even service the customers well at the quotation stage. I have zero confidence that your company can deliver a good product.
Moreover, I had to pay 100myr as a deposit for such a bad service. And worst of all it’s non-refundable.
Waste of my time and money.
I’m glad I did not choose your company to proceed with my renovations.
All in all, the pricing by your company is way higher than the market rate. Very high markup on your pricing.
Note: All the above is based on my experience and I have no intentions to defame the company. The above are all facts based on my opinion.
PS: I may have been unlucky to have dealt with an inexperienced salesperson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and bad service. I think they should improve on communications and service. Very bad in response and the management should take this seriously. When customer asking through wassap message but we received a reply more than 2 days. This is not the correct way to communicate with customer. Furthermore, we had paid for 50% Depo in November and installation locked in Mid December but end up until now (end January) still hanging and they only get back after we notify them but still delay in reply.
Frustrated Customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not engage their service. Design looks nice during discussion, but very poor workmanship during execution. After a year, screws start to loose, pipe start to leak and all. Stupid workmanship. Better engage other contractor!
