They have extremely arrogant staff and no concern for the customers. Whatever job they do, is expensive and not holistic. Would have given them 0 if I could. Sorry for the negativity

Would have given zero stars if possible. If you are looking for non-existent customer service, this is the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent in wife's Coach handbag which I got her some years back. It is well used, and had some marks which according to Leatherfixx, could be removed. 4 weeks later, and after RM250, its still the same. Interior of bag too wasn't clean at all. Save your money. Forget about this restorer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even bother asking this shop whether they can fix your stuff. Unless you want to be humiliated with a loud mouth and rude owner/staff and given a sky-high quote.
There is another shop inside Giant Kelana Jaya named StopnGo (under the escalator) which can fix shoes and leather stuff for a much more reasonable price and they used genuine leather too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are now known as 99 leather kraft! super lousy place! super rude staff/owner (i dont know). after reading the comments here, i am glad that i am not the only person who felt that way. this shop has been around for quite sometime already and i’ve sent a few of my bags here before — ages ago, like 10 years or so — i was attended by a different person at that time. i came here today after so long, thinking of fixing my bag. never thought i’d be degraded in such a way by this arrogant uncle! eh please lah uncle, jangan sombong sangat! you treat your customer as if they’re your enemy! now i can’t help it, but i wish that this place will tutup kedai soon! should’ve read the reviews before i went to this shop today. really spoiled my mood!
