★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is bad attitude and bad service, not recommeded. The staff is rude and not polite at all. They don't behave any thier profesional attitude in thier job.
Behave rude to customer and want to quarrel with them.
Hovewer doctor lee is a nice person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service. let elderly taking vaccination sit side by side, no distance. Ask elderly to walk over to the counter to fill information (though fill by the workers), should go to the elderly to take info. and no give sanitaser before and after vaccination, entering or leaving also no give sanitizer. And should let one family member to assist or be with the elderly including holding them walk to doc, whatever instead of asking family member wait outside the clinic. workers holding the elderly assisting them walking, look very kind but this method of touching all the elderly from differently families already create danger of passing the covid. Communication only like us to listen, follow, especially head nurse or the head management. very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We know dr Lee for nearly more than 20 years and they provide the best service and their medication are the best.
During this mco too, we need to scan QR code , temperature will be taken and hand sanitiser will be given . Social distancing is maintained. Cleanliness is always maintained.
They are very professional, in terms of everything . Nothing to complain.
If there is anyone to write negative remarks I believe it’s a not true.

Doctors are too good went there for vaccination at 1.30pm got the vaccination around 4.20 coz as the staffs said have to wait for the rest of 5.coz one day 6 people will get. So waited for long until 3.30pm.i asked them said need to wait for rest 2 unfortunately the 2 people din come. Searching for the replacement. Then I asked how long we are going to wait only for the 2...if until clinic close the 2 din come means what is the next step? they said will postpone to the next day. I saw the 3 aunties are old abit and thy are frustrated...After slightly into argument, The staffs rude abit and said if xnak YOU CAN GO NOW! I was like what! Appointment at 1.30 but 3.30 rdy when i asked tey said can go if xnak... Finally only 4 us got vaccine after the 2 aunties started to ask. Once met Doc, he is so good he explain why its happened the reason and he appologized for the delay. The reason was valid and I just told doc it would be nice if inform us earlier so we can understand. So the one star only for the staffs... The male doc was so Professional?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw a negative comment on Lee Clinic. Just because of this negative feedback, it does not reflect the good service of Dr Lee, Mrs Lee and their staffs. I visited the clinic numerous times and the service I received was excellent. The staffs are friendly and the doctor and his wife are more friendly. I have no qualms in recommending them to my friends and people I know.
Dr Lee and Mrs Lee are very kind and humble professionals. They always keep me informed about my health and explain to me everything in a clear manner. Both are lovely to speak with at every appointments. It’s a combination of personal touch and care for a patient. I definitely a comfortable person to be their patient. They have outstanding qualities of medical care. We have to appreciate Dr Lee Mrs Lee and their staffs for being such a great people to attend to.
I recommend this clinic in a every positive way for all patients that wish to go there. I am just surprised there are people who can post negative feedback against them.
Lee Clinic always a place to visit if you are seeking medical treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and especially that lady without wearing uniform, were super rude. If you really want to show your authority, show your staff. Don’t show to someone who asking you nicely. We own you nothing, you are the one who request to give vaccine, treat people nicely.
Such a bad experience for me, btw doctor seems very nice guy, salute for him though
