2. Waiting time longer, no info of delay- est 45min waited with no clear info
3. Looking forward to be more professional by practicing waiting time info. We came to private clinics for immediate attention but here failed
5. Do not turn patient to hecome impatience
6. Need to improve more on Fan & Aircond cleanliness
7. Kids play area has spider web & dusty
