This place caters for towards the needs of small commercial eateries especially when you deal in Western or fusion based menus. Also excellent if you are planning a small socially distanced event in your backyard.
Variety here is not too shabby and some of the choices on offer can give the nearby baking supply shops a good run for your value. They also bring in certain gourmet butters featured on the menus of well known Western/Hainanese themed restaurant and bars.
