โ โ โ โ โ Horrible experience dealing with the agent as a tenant. Promised provision of stand fans at rooms 2& 3 for basic mechanical ventilation at the end not happening, and even basic air-con maintenance at the living area not agreed by the owner after we paid the deposit? Frustrated and nothing can be resolved as the agent only throw the ball to the owner. Irresponsive all the time and expect us to follow up every time. A totally different attitude before & after paying the deposits.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad experience with the irresponsible owner and agent, agent didnโt help to communicate between onwer and tenant. Totally different attitude after we paid the deposit, and force us to paid the two month rentals then only help to repair the house. Negative attitude agent and seen all the messages from us. Even call him also didnโt pick up the phone. A lot of excuses from the sohai agent and owner.

โ โ โ โ โ before we visit the unit the indian agent give us a good impression and promise will settle and repair the house before we moved in. After we confirmed , the owner and agent keep asking us to paid the deposit first before we move in and only will start repairing those stuffs , otherwise not.
However, after we paid the deposit, the agent and owner changed their attitude and face sibeh quickly (likeไบฌๅงๅ่ธ๏ผKeep delaying those stuffs and at the last refuse to fix the aircond for us
