★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impolite and irresponsible delivery worker , leave messy work such as untidy cable that may lead to electrical short to toddler. Purposely damage cable tide base that available at wall when ask to tidy those cable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy anything from them, very bad experience with them. No responsible to follow up the delivery. I bought a washing machine and fridge from them. After one month still didn't deliver the fridge for me. Called them many times. No initial to called back and update me the delivery. Have to chase them day by day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aftersales service damn bad,always lie to me will get back to me for more than a month, keep telling me the same for the Electrolux washing machine repair costs RM4k++ i bought previously from them. Very support their shop previously but in the end give me such a bad aftersales service. Not recommended to buy at here if you want a better aftersales service. Especially the lady very frustrated and rude when pickup my call leave me feel not worthy and confident with their customer service anymore. Will not revisit to your branch again in the future. K, bye!!!
