โ โ โ โ โ I visited the place with my dog due to some parasite infection.
I recieved proffesional care and treatment along with great recovery treatment including assisting me with feeding medicine to my dog which is a major problem to me before.
The treatment is effective and fast acting, i'm glad I chose Venice as my vet clinic of choice.

Pros:
- Doc is skilled
- Once saved my baby
Cons:
- Doc has an attitude problem (likes to mock around, lack of empathy). Oh ya, I even got mock for visiting other vet for treatment (I donโt know how to brain this).
- Expensive charges. Yes, nowadays they do share the cost upfront. However, when I wanted to clarify on the receipt especially on the medicine prescribe the doc called and doesnโt sounds happy and he even said if I want to ask each and everything then donโt ever come again. So, I donโt even have the right to clarify on the medicine prescribe? I know that it may be after the agreement on the cost, but that was not my question. I just wanted to be clear on the receipt and match with the medicine, as the description on the receipt was VERY GENERAL.
- Wants to close shop on time even if you needed their help (dog blood was on low side, wanted to bring another dog for blood matching and was rejected and the doc even said โdo u know how much I need to pay OT to my staff because of thisโ and yet it was 30 minutes before the closing time).
Conclusion: These are just some of the main items shared. I was just enduring the mocking, humiliation and attitude given for the sake of my pet. However, I will not be visiting here again.

โ โ โ โ โ The doctor is very experience & caring person. He can know my kitten's behaviour even 1st time seeing it.The doctor is damn skillful especially feeding my kitten for those medicine is not easy job. I am so appreciate the doctor can help me feeding medicine to my kitten daily.

โ โ โ โ โ Dari my cat kecil lagi we refer him to this clinic. now he is 4 years old. this clinic memang sangat okay. dulu before jumpa this clinic, we had try many of veterinar, but semua tak okay. Doctors there are really friendly, they also tell us the total of bill first before proceed to the treatment, so takda lah terkejut sangat bila nak buat payment. Harga affordable with how they treat my cat. They also ajar the things that we dont know. I also give my cat food that bought from this clinic, the doctor is expert to tell which suitable food for my cat. Keep be the best clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ The doctors and staffs at Venice Vet are very friendly and helpful. Both my rabbits have some sorta skin infections for quite a long time. Have been going around to look for solutions and treatments, we finally visited Venice Vet. They have a wide range of latest medicines and supplements for rabbits. Dr Chin is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable in treating these exotic pets. Both my bunnies feel so calm during the entire visit, which is super rare. I could say my bunnies are all safe at his hands.
