We cannot return the parcel at hub (ask staff to assist you how to do return parcel to seller). Pls contact during office hours.
If you are a seller, kindly drop your parcel at PARCELHUB BAKAR ARANG ( post office lama).

My parcel LXST018479893MY supposed to arrive on 17 June. and yesterday it didn't arrive like what?? My other parcel that LEX send arrive yesterday why cannot send it together? Much easier right? Btw please send it today cause it is an urgent matters. You guys should stop using LEX if its sucks like this. Email pun tak reply-ii, patut la org tak nak guna lazada!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time part arrived to this logistics, but they need more than 3 days only able to deliver to my address. Compare to Shoppe used J&T, morning part arrived their logistic, afternoon can deliver the part to me. Lazada, pls used outsource supplies to deliver customer part better than used your own LEL express, totally not express, is turtle speed.
