★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give 0 stars, I will. Not professional at all, blamed me for their mistakes, and I still have to pay. Also bad at updates, and usually non responsive, reception talks over you if they even pick up calls at all. If this is the body governing real estate agents and valuers, then really don't have confidence in these two fields at all.

1) Often no one pickup the calls, and the person who pickup the calls talks very rushing, no chance for me to speak.
2) Took almost 2 month for a REN Tag, and need to chase them only start working out.
3) Now during MCO 3.0, if want to take REN Tag, you'll have to Email to them, and they'll arrange schedule for you to take. Phone call for arrangement is not allowed.
Come on la, why so funny? Don't you have any other Quick way to hand over the things? Like queuing in a safe distance?
Need to educate the staff properly, otherwise you'll keep getting Bad Reputation.
