★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very clean and well kept, much much better compared to other camps of similar nature. Great place for family days, corporate team buildings or just simple family quality time. Do look up Pak Engku who is extremely friendly and knows the place, he is based there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent my weekend here with my school's group, turned out to be one of my worst weekend ever spent. Here are some of the reasons why it is so bad.
- The bed is unclean, as it has some sand on it
- Some of the top bunk bed supporting beams is so bent out of place it looks like it could collapse if somebody heavy slept on it.
- Shower/Toilet is dilapidated, not only there was no hot water, some of the showers did not even have shower head.
- At RM 15.00 per person per meal, the food is the most disappointing aspect of this place, as mentioned by my group's organizing committees, we ordered 200 pax quantity and we have around 150 pax. HOWEVER, the actual amount served to us is utterly pathetic and to the point of being pitiable. For illustration, one of the dinner menu looked something like this
* White Rice, Plain Kangkung, one piece of fried egg, one slice of watermelon.
I did not expect this place be like Shangri-La, but to call it a "resort" would be an insult to Oxford Dictionary. With this quality and still charging RM 15.00 per person per meal, and RM 70.00 per night, you might as well call this highway robbery.

1) Said they make sure customers leave with a smile on their face. Nah.
2) Ask them for their food menu before we confirm the booking. "Ada sayur ada daging lah"
3) Bragged so much about campsite cleanliness but what we got was rooms filled with dust, sand, poorly conditioned toilets for VIP chalets what more for the dorms. Water for bath are filled with sand too. Drinking water had rusty taste.
4) Charge for rm15 per meal/pax. But what they provide: Insufficient rice and vege and meat. What's even worse, one of our meal were only white rice with an egg. Deyh, we can get that for rm1 outside okay?
5) Bragged about how professional their jungle trekking trainers are, and promised they always do a full course jungle trekking before they bring the customers into the jungle to ensure their safety. LIES!
(i) Trainer did not even stepped a foot into the jungle before we went in.
(ii) Said to provide sufficient trainers but ended up with 1 trainer, 1 worker to cater for 150 customers.
(iii) The jungle does not have a fixed route which means they obviously did not get ready beforehand.
(iv) Promised a 2hr trail, but took up 6hrs leaving campers in hunger.
(v) Trainer berlagak lagak, jumping around while asking campers to slide down due to slippery mud. Ended up twisting his own ankle.
In the end, it was the campers who took care of the TRAINER and his safety. Thereafter, the trainer and the worker who is the campsite owner's son, left all the campers all alone to figure their way out of the jungle. HOW DANGEROUS!
6) Due to the jungle trekking incident, we were forced to cancel another activity we booked from the campsite. But they told us, NO REFUND! seriously? we bare the consequences of your mistakes?
I just wish there's negative rating provided i would give the worst rating for this campsite. NEVER EVER COME HERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **Please read through my review, it's very important. I have organized a 3 days 2 nights camp in this campsite. First biggest problem I met is the first day dinner, only vegetable and telur mata, no meat. We have ordered 200pax and they promised to give 240pax, in the end part of my campers have not enough food eat, they have to wait for their dinner, and that has delayed our programme. Second, is the cleanliness, the toilet, the water, and the dormitories, terrible. Third, Jungle trekking package, we have around 150+ people joining the jungle trekking, the day before the jungle trekking, there was a heavy rain, on that day itself the instructor still brought us in, worst part is the level of hiking is not like what has mentioned (Primary level). Worst worst part is, the instructor left all of us students behind and they just went out. We have to survive ourselve inside, help each other on our own to make sure everyone is safe outside. They are so irresponsible. Overall, I would not recommend this campsite for anyone who is interested to join, unless you are ok with above mention experience.
