★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I'm with my family ate at this restaurant. very disappointing as food prices here have gone up. It's not like before. Before this, the price was cheap but now is expensive. good service, but a bit slow. I'm sorry, I just said what I felt ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air conditioned. Very comfortable. Many varieties and choices of food to choose. Crowded during lunch hour. A bit pricey but definitely worth a try.

My child took the aeroplane kid set and said the mango yoghurt was really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most times when we head down to JB from KL, we'll stop over here for lunch before departing for KL.
Serving size is generous - we generally have fish and chips for the kids, sweet/sour fish with rice, special fried rice, grilled chicken chop...
Service is generally quick and staff are friendly to boot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be fair, their food is really good. The chicken chop and the fish & chips are very delicious and the portion is quite generous. I also love the cheesy wedges that comes on the side. The island pizza is average - love the seafood toppings, but the crust is too doughy and there are cucumbers on it (not the best match in a pizza).
What I really dislike about this place (which influences my rating) is the service. On a busy period, the waiters are very slow. In a 2/3 filled restaurant, you can see the empty tables still have leftover dishes. The waiters are not responsive to the call button, to a point where you need to press it multiple times to get their attention. Water is served at RM1.00 (why would you charge for water?). And while our drinks was already on the counter for 5 minutes, the waiters did not bother to serve it until I pressed the call button multiple times. When I paid using my credit card, the cashier just handed me a receipt without saying ANY word of thanks.
My only advise: Please train your employees. It's such a pity because while the food is good, I won't be returning because of the poor level of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable Western food. Their chicken chops is moist and tasty. The Grilled Chicken Salad I tried today was nice too, with a big portion of chicken compared to usual salads. The restaurant is bright and spacious, and there is even a shelve of bakery goods and slices of different cakes in the chilled compartments. The place is not usually crowded, with air-conditioning and fans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have not visited this place since the start of the Covid epidemic. Used to be one of my favourite eating spots.. Well, they have upgraded a bit.. you can scan and order online instead of filling up a paper menu. ( Sorry for the older generations who are not tech savvy).
The prices have gone up. I ordered the fish n chips . They used to come in two slices but now it is only one slice though I think it is a bigger size.
The taste is still OK.
Now for the brickbats. .. I had a one hour lunch break and it took them 25minutes before the food arrived even though the place was not crowded. I had to gobble down the food so that I could make it back to my office in time.
"Service with a Smile" Guess the staff never heard about this.. Cannot be all of them are having PMS at the same time. From the one seating us to the one delivering the food to the cashier, all of them behaved like I had offended them by eating there.
