they print 1 copy and photostat another 3, and charge me rm1.60. while other shop cost 20sen for black & white printing and 10sen for photostat.
cannot access internet, need to email the doc to the shop.
slow service and not friendly, i wait for the cashier fix the machine about 5 mins and then they serve next customer first.

The person who serviced me was on the phone chit chatting the whole time (non work related btw, I heard the whole life story of someone else giving birth TMI) while I stood there next to her & waited for a long time.
