★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We asked for a room for 4 days in a row. The owner always told us yes come back tomorrow. On day 4 we got told they have a room for us so we waited for 30 minutes and then the guy told us there is no room.
I feel like they don’t want to make money/or actually work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place if you like it simple. Right on the beach. Electricity between 6pm and 8am for the fan, shower is hot when the sun shines. Great manager - keeps things running smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good place to stay in the Perhentians! The place in just under d'rock garden so almost on the beach! We could hear the water from our room.
The rooms are simple with fan, mosquito net and shared bathroom but clean and comfortable. We love the hamac under her porch.
The owner is really nice and the rooms are cheap (80Rm)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save yourself the trouble and spend your money on a decent place in the Perhentians. Quick sum up of the place;
Pros;
If you manage to get one of the seaside chalets, you will have a nice view on the beach.
Cons;
- Staff have no knowledge of the surroundings and activities.
- Staff is unfriendly and not competent to run a resort/stay.
- No electricity at daytime. The showers are dark, so there is no lighting.
- Its hot in the room (only fan rooms). Sleeping comfortably at night is a problem.
- Bugs crawling all over the place. Incl. Spiders, mosquitos etc.

If you get a room with an attached bathroom you also have an amazing view of the beach
Cons:
- only fan
- no hot water
However I am still giving 5 stars because no other place in that price range has those commodities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great affordable place to stay, comparing with other places in the area it has a good price. The room very bassic but clean and comfortable. It has a good terrace with hammock. Situated in my opinion in the best place of the long Beach, just a few meters from the sea.You can swim along the rocks and find some baby sharks. The owner took us for a swim for free and show us where to find them. It was a great experience I really enjoyed my stay here.
