This unassuming restaurant serves one of the best Yong Tau foo in town. I always drive by the place and wonder why there is such a large crowd, when I am going for my Ipoh hor fun at Cowan Street. Too bad, it was closed, and I decided to try let's rock today. Fortunately I must say the food is extremely good, any fish paste related condiments are extremely bouncy, while the the noodle mix was perfect with a slight mix of curry. Above all the pricing was very reasonable with the amount of food I got. A must try when you are next in Ipoh.

The curry fragrance was so strong and nice that its aroma can be scent before I reaching their shop front 5-foot-way !! This Yong Tau Foo delicacy combine with their curry soup was very tasty. Have tried the "Ipoh Apong". A bit too small and thin but it tastes not too bad, quite good as an appetizer or dessert..

Very Bad experience today at this place. Its bad because i felt it was somewhat racism.. Ive been here a couple times the food is good can't deny that but I guess today is the last time. One other person was in the queue before me. Suddenly a lady foreigner (probably from China) just barges through cuts the queue and gives her order before us.. When the other person in front of me and me complained to the person preparing the food. They said they can't do anything. And they just served that foreigner first. For me it was experiencing racism and unfairness. Even if its a foreigner a queue is always a queue. I hope that they don't do that to customers again.

The fish paste is well seasoned, fresh and wholesome. Curry kuey tiew is quite special and I highly recommend it. Price is reasonable and affordable.

[holiao] 1) overall - clean environment, humble family restaurant offers yong tau fu, curry fish head, noodle soup, fried food, drinks...spacious seating and parking, reasonable price from Let's Rock Restaurant 2) soup noodle - plenty of noodle choices for you to choose, clear soup was their signature, you could taste the sweetness from the soup 3) yong tau foo - many choices but you are advised to go with fish paste related yong tau foo as they are famous for their fish paste. all are homemade too. 4) claypot curry fish head was another must-try dishes. not as spicy as it looked like; tasted awesome with rice; fresh fished used to cook with the curry made the sauce had a lot of seafood sweetness in it. Thumbs up

Curry soup is the best! Very thick and flavourful. A huge variety of fish balls and yong tau fu to choose from. Only downside is that the fried fuchuks are nt crispy as they do not refry them. But overall a really good place to have dinner. Come early to get a huge variety and beat the crowd
