★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A restaurant that has been in Ipoh since decades ago which offers affordable set menu. It is also opened until very late. The Western sets is not really nice though and will strongly recommend their oriental sets. Don't go for the chops and steaks as they taste more like from hawker stalls.
The fried rice and noodles are not bad though. This is also halal place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time in this restaurant.. Small restaurant. Ordered Fried rice special combo.. Big amount of food. Their satay chicken meat only, no any fat included between the meat. Tomyam rice also nice. Usually we see fish cake sliced in very thin pieces in fried rice , but here thick and quiet lot they put.. So I'm really happy with their way serving the food.. And with the humble uncle and auntie...You will enjoy the slow and peaceful music at there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place having brunch or dinner here. This cafe shop has operate since 1970++. The western food such as chicken chop is delicious and the portion is goods too. Beside western style foods, they got selling mee, rice and etc. The place is clean and tidy. They have provided catering services as well.

Appreciate their existence through the years with us.. The lady hostess and floor staff greeted us with warmth and ease the entire time we were there.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you looking for an pork free old style simple western cooking, this is the place. When I went in the surrounding like 70s setting.
Food prices are very reasonable.
I loved their oxtail soup, recommended.
Service is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first Western food I ever had in my life in the 80's, we all grown up with this catering food.
Coming back to revisit my childhood taste, quite surprised with their current lunch and dinner set which just cost RM18.90!
I ordered the classic spaghetti which is nice, and it come with mushroom soup or oxtail soup, then finally the dessert of egg custard and a big piece of watermelon.
I'll be coming back to try more menu offered here, not just western cuisine, but many local n Asian delight.
