Bilik bersih alar kadar, maintenance bilik out. Pintu toilet ketat, tak boleh tutup. Cermin tompok hitam.
Kalau awal2 tau pool berkeladak berlumut macamni, mmg tak masuk dalam senarai nk stay kt melaka ni.
Bad experience. Mmg tak berbaloi. Maintenance fail.

Clean room alar rate, room maintenance out. The toilet door is tight, it can't be closed. Black stained mirror.
If you know in the beginning that the pool is muddy and mossy like this, it is not included in the list of nk stay kt melaka.
Bad experience. Mmg not worth it. Maintenance fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want an unpleasant journey staying in Melaka, choose this homestay! I would give overall 0 out of 10 for the hygiene, you can clearly see the stain around the toilet bowl from previous guest, water heater was not functioning properly, not even warm at all. Clogged drain. The bed is definitely the cheapest material that it’s very soft and even you can feel laying on the spring. Even the living room the floor was very slippery, the sofa was broken. WiFi internet was very unstable. And most importantly, the staff here are very not responsible!! They come late in the office and guest cannot check out and have to wait until they come!! The official operating hours mentioned in their webpage is from 9.30 am until 5/6 pm but no one was there to serve their customers. Very bad experience staying in this homestay, they deserve a 0 rating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CONCLUSION: I regretted my booking, and would NEVER COME AGAIN.
OBJECTIVE REPORT:
1. NO carparks provided - you are told to pay to park by the road outside the apartment building.
2. The apartment smelled dank.
3. The TV did not work - ZERO channel available.
4. NO WiFi provided.
5. Arrived at 15:30, but the office was closed. Called the number provided during booking and the check-in was done via WhatsApp.
6. NO toiletry provided.
7. NO drinking water - bring your own.
8. The toilet floor was suspiciously wet.
9. The cabinets and drawers were very dirty and stained.
10. There were mosquitoes in the apartment.
11. To be fair, towels were provided, but after observing the condition of the rest of the apartment, one would be very leery about using the towels.
