★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi there , the overall experience at this grooming centre was absolutely fantastic, because they were so aggressive replying customers enquiries even they are so busy . Due to this current MCO they wouldn’t accept walk in customers so they gave me a appointment that was so easy for me . The grooming service also was so good my puppy looks so clean after i send here . Another thing usually if i send my puppy to any other grooming centre means , after i take back to house my puppy will feel so up normal and looks like tired but after i sent here he was so happy and also so active even after back from the grooming centre. Thanks for this great service guys ?? Keep it up ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my Pomeranian to the groomers a few days ago. I sent an image of what I want my dog's cut to be like but came back with a shaven body while his head and tail are not trimmed at all. It was quite disappointing as the price was 140rm but the quality doesn't live up to the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. They call to pickup the dog at 5.45 but then impose late charges as well extra for the same as beyond 6 pm. Felt cheated, a definite no no to anyone looking out for good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been letting my fur kid stay at their pet hotel for a few days seems there are few positive reviews here. They're not allowing pet owners to get inside have a look about the hotel only showing photos this making pet owners not really assure that the environment is clean and safe for fur kids. They do not update the pet's situation at all unlike some of the other pet hotels that have surveillance cameras they letting the owner check on their pet's situation. On the day I pick up my fur kid I let them give my pet grooming at their shop and it seemed everything was going great but when I came back home only realized my pet paws were slightly injured that possibly caused by the shaver and they even not informing at all.
