★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. Bought 5 trousers at JPO JB. They said can do alteration at any Levis Store. Went to Levis Store at Paradigm. They ask for RM15 for each trousers. Previously I had altered 6 trousers at the same store and they charged me only RM10 per pants.
So i just walk away from this lousy store and will go to indian tailor. I'm not sure which one is the worst either the store or the staff. Had purchased before from this store and now will not. PERIOD.
