On the 28th Dec (today) Lexus Car Center boss step out personally to resolve the matter for me.....really feel good and thank Alex for his personal action....

(1) First time I walked into this showroom, very young & honest looking man, William attended me and gave me a very impressive overview of their selection criteria on used & reconditioned new cars. I am very sure they don't pushed for car budget you are looking for directly closing sales on spot but instead they walk you through the process top-down from very details technical aspects, vehicle marketing features, specifications, usage type, checking aspects on used cars / recond, different generation car specifications & also insurance aspects. I am very impressed not because William is very vocally sound, but we know this showroom representative do not talk rubbish or sales push, he knows extremely well in depth what he shares & the most trusted part he the sharing is very honest with high integrity & open after i did my own survey of all the information he shared with me with his precious valuable time without any push on closing sales. Thanks William. (2) Despite surveying all over the penang / malaysia (kl) on new, used & recond cars for more than 4 months, I finally made up my mind that Lexus Auto S/B has the highest integrity technically, best service, best in class (BIC) in motorized vehicle knowledge, best in price versus what you get & lastly their sense of responsibility to the customer on car they are selling to customer base on their car selection criteria. Thus, finally paid a deposit n get a car from their showroom with very high confidence. (3) Along the process after deposit paid, Lexus Auto excel above expectation in providing very comprehensive updates & details on the progress, & walk you through in depth on each process. Either than that, Lexus Auto also provide additional service & additional costing items which are not part of the deal in order to provide the best in the car without top-up charges. Through the business trading process with Lexus auto, you will not just pay & buy a car from them, but your knowledge will accelerate from zero to very comfortable detail level on insurance specifications criteria, puspakom inspection process, car accessories, car mantenance, car loan, different car category & car specifications.
