P.s please make english subtitle a bit bigger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything looks good and new, service is adequately fast as it was not crowded the time I was there. The layout of the cinema hall really surprised me. The second half of the halls are located 2 floors above which u have to go through flightssss of escalators to reach say hall 6 through 10, as an event hall is sandwiched between the halls. Weird. The snacks are also a thing to mention. The "regular combo" for one is more comparable to "small combo" from other cinemas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Bought tickets online earlier, but once arrived at the cinema the staff said their online system didn't have any data on the purchase. Furnished the online receipt and the received confirmation SMS, but no use. Had to buy new set of tickets. Asked to fill up refund form and need to email them furthermore. Now after two weeks, no communications received from them about the status of the refund or anything. Very poor customer service. To avoid in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough good things about my experience at LFS! Service are good & very efficient and during Covid less people and less crowded. I can say the screens are much better than cinema at KTCC. Here at LFS they have ATMOS hall at hall 1. Stisfied and will definitely request go here for a movie again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting a shariah compliant cinema with gender segregation for the singles and reminder of relevant codes under the state's shariah enactment to remember (very helpful!).
It didn't interfere with our movie enjoyment as a family. Also the parking is conveniently located so we only had to take the lift and walked a few metres before reaching the ticket counter.
