★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star if the cinemas have all the item on the menu. Only popcorn, mineral water and soft drink available. No nugget, meatball and other stuff on the menu. The experience watching movie here was great. But if you are going to watch movie on weekend, make sure you survey the ticket first on their website/ apps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lights on both sides were too bright, they kept flashing on our eyes. And the staff opened the Exit door way too early, a long few minutes before the movie showed the end credits, it was distracting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much selection of food available, only drinks and popcorn available. The online ticket need to be printed again at counter as the admission counter didn't have the scanner. The cinema room that i was in sitll having the remnants of foods from previous screening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ where do i even begin. the aircond is bad, very hot in the cinema, people talking all around you like its their home. so noisy - and babies too. the popcorn tastes bad, not much food choices also. please if you want to have nice movie experience, dont watch here. will never come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff lelaki di bahagian food and beverage sangat tidak friendly and very badin hospitality services. Apabila saya bertanya 22oz ni size paling besar ke? & boleh tunjukkan contoh 22oz cup? he just answered "yang putih" without take and showing the example of cup. Is that your attitude and where's manner when servings your customer? Manager should take necessary action and please latih your staff when he choose to be in hospitality services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service for the food section was quite rude. I'm not stereotyping but it always got to be a female worker, not the male. We were told that we can bring food outside since the food section was not opened yet and we saw people buy food and ALSO drinks from outside to bring into the cinema. When we wanted to go into the hall, the male worker said that drinks outside are not allowed only food. I really appreciate it when he told us that we can put our drinks inside their fridge. The male worker who work in the food section gladly help us to keep the drinks cool inside the fridge but then when we wanted to collect our drinks, the female worker rudely told us never do this again. I can tolerate it if she said it with good manners, but it is unacceptable when she gave us rude stare. Fix the attitude first, lady.
