★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowded. Cant hear what the counter clerk is saying all the time because the queue number keeps being announced loudly. But the staff has tried her best to assist our queries.
Pejabat khidmat yang sempit utk kedua dua daerah Cyberjaya dan Putrajaya. Panggilan nombor giliran sungguh kuat sehingga kami tidak dapat apa yang kerani kaunter cuba katakan. Apapun kerani kaunter mencuba sedaya upaya memberi khidmat pada kami.
Crowded. Cant hear what the counter clerk is saying all the time because the queue number keeps being announced loudly. But the staff has tried her best to assist our queries.
Narrow service offices for both Cyberjaya and Putrajaya districts. The queue number call was so loud that we couldn’t get what the counter clerk was trying to say. Whatever the counter clerk tries his best to serve us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruang menunggu yg disediakan agak selesa tetapi cara susun aturnya boleh di perbaiki. Sekiranya boleh menyediakan tpt duduk yg lebih selasa utk ibu yg mengandung n kanak2. Aircond dalam ruang ini agak sejuk, ramai yg tidak berapa selesa. Penjimatan tenaga perlu di aplikasikan dipejabat ini.
The waiting area provided is quite comfortable but the layout can be improved. If possible provide more seating for pregnant mothers. Airconds in this space are quite cold, many are not comfortable. Energy savings need to be applied in this position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service pantas. Customer service bagus. Tapi yang nak matikan stem hasil tolong beli awal. LHDN tak sediakan stem hasil. Mereka minta beli dekat orang luar kat parking(ulat stem hasil) but mahal...RM10 stem hasil dijual RM11...saya bayar RM99 untuk stem hasil bernilai RM82...yang nak jimat beli awal,lekat.
Fast service. Good customer service. But those who want to turn off the result stem, please buy early. The IRB does not provide revenue stamps. They asked to buy near outsiders at the parking lot (yield stem caterpillars) but expensive ... RM10 yield stem sold for RM11 ... I paid RM99 for a yield stem worth RM82 ... who wanted to save on buying early, stick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LHDN Stamping getting harder nowdays as system stucks at Endorsement TPDS and no update for so long. Try to call, never answer. Email no response. Stupid people making others suffer for all of this.
