★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to pick up my parcel to find them closed when all other poslaju offices are still open. But this branch had my parcel. Now the parcel is going to be sent back next week because I wont have time to during the weekday to pick it up. This is outrageous! The sheer irresponsibility of this branch on top of the fact that they failed to deliver my parcel despite there were people to receive it and they did not update the tracking information until two days after the fact. Horrible service. Use J&T Express instead if ure in Cyberjaya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poslaju Malaysia at Cyberjaya is very good and nice environment. The staff of this poslaju are very helpful and friendly. No crowd here and there is a very good parking place in front of it but guys need to pay for parking. Recommend to come here and get great service from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i really dont like the new poslaju guys who in charge for mutiara ville delivery now. i prefer the previous one. the new guys really rude. he called me to collect my parcel at the round about which is far from my block. few mins later he called again and yelled at me for being late which im only few steps away from him. i hope he can understand it takes time to wait for the escalator and walk to the round about especially for people who stay at 20+ floor. this is not the first time he scold people, i have seen he scold other people too before which i think its really ridiculous. it’s not door to door delivery where u should expect the parcel owner show up in 2 mins. ? if u dont have the patience pls dont work in service industry! ? hope poslaju can warn that guy for being unprofessional?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A guy came to deliver the parcel!! He called me at 1:25. I was in my class and I called him back at 1:33 and he said that he’s already left? ??? That’s okay. But when I called him he said I have to go and collect the parcel in store when I asked him which store exactly he ended up the phone. I texted him and he left me on seen? ??
