Tell him that adding lard residue is counted. I didn't add the money for adding lard residue. No one has done this yet. And personally think Hokkien noodles are okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住吉隆坡的老饕可能都吃过，或听过Kota Raya 旁老鼠巷的夜市福建炒。曾经是许多驾Mercedes 的老板们，都特地来这不起眼的肮脏小巷，吃一碟火炭福建炒。我第一次吃是很多年前了。现在搬到了文良港。今天又来吃这古早味，趁机厚脸皮跟老板合照，怀旧怀旧。
Anyone living in Kuala Lumpur may have eaten it, or heard of Hokkien Stir-fry at the night market in Mouse Lane next to Kota Raya. Many bosses who once drove Mercedes specially came to this humble and dirty alley to eat a dish of hot charcoal Hokkien stir-fry. I ate it for the first time many years ago. Now moved to Wenliang Port. Today I came to eat this old taste again, and I took the opportunity to have a cheeky picture with the boss, nostalgic nostalgia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just under average compare to the time when still at Jalan Sultan. I tried Hokkien Mee, Cantonese fry, Loh Mee, Gong Pao Sotong and meat soup only Sotong and soup are OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hokkien mee has the charcoal smell, which looks very appetizing. If I were to be nitpicky, it's their serving time which is not the fastest, and it has a very limited choice of drinks. Other than that, everything looks fine.
