★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kecewa.... sekalipun bas rosak,kenalah digantikan sama kualiti... sepatutnya kena kurangkan bayaran tiket.. trip perjalanan kul 15 pada 28/10/19 jam 2120 sepatutnya..
disappointed .... even if the bus is damaged, it should be replaced by the quality ... should have reduced the ticket fee .. my 15 day trip on 28/10/19 at 2120 should be ..

The first time I tried this bus, it was 40min !! Best active wifi, comfortable seats and prayer reading ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time naik bas ni kt tumpat Kelantan sebab terpaksa bas lain full, lewat sampai sepatutnya 2000hrs tapi sampai 2100hrs, pemandu bas terkejar-kejar bawa bas disebabkan kelewatan dari awal, rupanya bas ni dari kl, lepas tu tukar driver naik semula ke kl, harap xde apa2 dalam perjalanan, trip KUL12. Tiada nombor aduan dia sediakan didalam bas!
First time taking the bus to Kelantan because the other bus was forced to complete, it was supposed to last 2000hrs but until 2100hrs, the bus driver rushed to take the bus due to delay from the beginning, apparently the bus from kl, then changed driver back to kl, please xde anything on the way, trip KUL12. No complaint number he provided on the bus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lambat !! brhenti rehat setengah jam je katanya tapi last2 jadi sejam ! bukan ramai pon penumpang dlm bas !! tolong jgn buang masa penumpang menunggu !!
slow !! brhenti break half an hour je he said but last2 so an hour! not many pounds of passengers on the bus !! Please do not waste time waiting for passengers !!
