★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super duper poor service! im from kuching, bought a unit under LIENDAK kuching, drag very long, LAD payment suppose to have 24 months but only gotten 2 months and that was nov 2020. call and whataspp never been entertained, yet was pushed to pay this n that utilities monthly and was threatened to implement penalty rate 10% if overdue!!!this is NOT acceptable and we decided to take legal action on this sooner or later unless some actions taken by LIENDAK HQ!

After suddenly asked to stop work and mutually terminated of employment with the letter given to me, I have not been paid for the salary as confirmed and agreed as well as clearly stated in the termination letter. Real conman company and can't be trusted.
