โ โ โ โ โ My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of practicing at Hot Life Yoga while in kL for 5 days on a visa run and we couldnโt have been more satisfied and grateful for the experience.
A simple google search of Hot Yoga guided us to this lovely gem tucked within an under-developed mall in the hub of Damasara.
The knowledgeable and experienced staff offered a wide array of classes that provided balance and sanctuary from the bustling city streets of Kuala Lumpur.
Weโve had the good fortune of practicing yoga all around the world from Russia, through Europe, in America and beyond; considering ourselves blessed to find a studio in KL to call our own; looking forward to future visits in this special hOMe.

โ โ โ โ โ Real hot yoga studio by international standard! Best one I have experienced travelling in Asia. If you have regular hot yoga practice and missing your hot sweaty practice, this is definitely a studio to go to in Kuala Lumpur. There's a MRT station (TTDI) just 3 mins away from the studio. They have bikram hot yoga express and full 90 mins version. I also like other varieties like hot yin and hot vinyasa. Love the heat, the instructors are great and sweat a bucket! The studio is kept really clean, provides very good expensive yoga mats for practice. You also get towels for practice and shower! Literally, I just showed up with my changing clothes and I was ready to rock the class and left the studio fresh and energized! The vibes of the studio is great! People are so warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ First time doing yoga, and hot yoga. Joined Hot 26 class. It is a great experience, I never sweat this much from any other exercises. Felt great after the class. The instructor is experienced and great, giving clear and precise instructions. Thanks for helping the newbies.
The facilities are good and very new, in a developing mall. Saw cleaners clean up every mat thoroughly. Price is reasonable for regular visit. Good and friendly service. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ First timer in Yoga (went for Hot26), it was such a Fantastic experience with Isabella and Patty. The checking on contraindication prior to class, and explanation and correcting posture during class was what I love about this place.
Mats and rooms are cleaned after every class. Have been telling friends and family about here, HIGHLY Recommended! Will return for more, hoping to be able to do daily, LOVING IT! Keep it up.

โ โ โ โ โ Isabella, Stephanie and her team are absolutely dedicated to give the best experience for everyone who attends the studio. The studio is SUPER clean, spacious and feels like a second home! It's a fully equipped studio and they provide Manduka yoga mats, towels and toiletries. The instructors are very kind and patient - everyone is allowed to practise at their own pace while being encouraged to take their practice to the next level. It's my favourite yoga studio thus far! :)

โ โ โ โ โ It is a premium yoga studio with experienced yoga instructors. It is not any yoga studio, it is a hot yoga studio. It is not any hot yoga studio it is a far infrared yoga studio with panels of FIR filling up the ceiling instead of hot heater fans blowing out hot air for the heat. Manduka mats are used. Changing rooms and shower rooms are well equipped. Thorough cleaning regime is practised by the cleaners. Most of all, the founders Isabella and Stephanie are always there to mind the business ensuring all the yogis are well attended to. Isabella has helped me along way from overcoming my pain with Stephanie cheering on! I would trust them with my body during yoga as a beginner.
