What I personally like is the care given during the classes. Learning what Your body is capable of at Your own pace is priceless. I do Recommend this place.

Class sizes are small, allowing for more one-on-one interactions between the student and teacher.
Lots of personal attention from the amazing instructors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 weeks attending classes with 1 Earth Yoga has made me feel so alive. Evelyn is very approachable and welcoming. I attended 11 of her classes and they vary every single time! Evelyn is like the glistening sun that provides the warmth when you attend her class.
Debbie's classes really challenge you not only physically but mentally. She pushes and motivates you. She is like a strong wind, who goes all out to make sure you are not left out. I could feel her positive vibes and diligence even before the classes start!
Today I had an opportunity to attend Julee's Vinyasa class. She's such a classic and compose character. That personality of hers actually set the mood and prepare the mind for the vinyasa. She makes her flow looks easy but it's deceiving. The last flow, aka the no attachment flow was a good closure; For once I feel like I am able to move so freely without obligation even into Crow Pose. In short she is like the breeze that gently caresses everyone.
Discovering 1 Earth Yoga has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I am looking forward to attending classes every week now!
