★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even deserve a star. Sent my perfectly fine laptop to fix the monitor hinge, ended up with a laptop with no display.
Constantly promised to fix my laptop within a few days but it has been almost 2 months since the first encounter. Never once did they update me about the status of my laptop, I have to always call and ask about it. Irresponsible and rude when serving the customer also.
