β β β β β Towards the southern end of Kampar town, another clay pot chicken rice eatery shop was found. A simple, quiet corner shop ventilated by ceiling fans. Slowly the hungry customers came in and business became good. Surely the Kampar folks knew where to hunt for yummy food for a satisfying dinner. As outsiders, we felt assured this shop was worth the visit. Thumbs up for the clay pot chicken rice with sausage & salted fish added. Rice was fluffy and overall taste was just nice and not overdone. The pot of hot Chinese tea goes down well with the main meal.

β β β β β We just walked around and found this place. The boss is friendly, price is very reasonable for the good portion. Not the typical taste like I had in KL where you can only taste the soy sauce. This shop gave a generous amount of chicken, Chinese sausage and salted fish, the boss also recommended the Kampar ChoySum to us, which is very nice and "young" too.
Overall balanced taste which I love and the food here not salty at all. ????
