★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to changed a flat tire due to the valve that came loose (came to know afterwards that the valve can just be change instead of the whole tyre??). Initially asked for a continental tyre but they said they only had Bridgestone tyre for the size. Upon asking for the Bridgestone's tyre details as they said it needs to be ordered, they found a continental tyre. While the technician was pumping and balancing the tyre, I noticed the clerk pulling my car door handle and when she noticed I was looking she walked away. Product price is higher compare to what you can get elsewhere too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are brilliant. My tyre went flat and another tyre shop said no. These guys came to me and helped put on the tyre and took the car back and replaced both tyres. Very professional service. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dedicated staffs who work tirelessly to ensure they can deliver the car as promised, even when it meant working 1hour late after their shop closing time.The staffs didn't show any signs of dissatisfaction despite this was on a public holiday eve.
Things that can improve is more waiting area for your patrons, now that they cannot have people sitting inside the A/C area due to COVID SOP.
Busy workshop, would be good to have some sort of expansion in terms of staff / physical workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here several times and have decided not to re-visit for the following reasons:
1. I was hearing some clunking sounds. When I took it to them for diagnosis, the mechanic said I have to change all my shock absorbers. Total cost of doing that would have been around 1000 MYR. Took my car to a second garage where the mechanic correctly diagnosed the problem as the lower control arm which cost 120 MYR and changing that fixed the problem.
2. Took my car for oil servicing. One guy came up and said that the transmission oil has never been changed so I agreed to change it. Later when I went home and checked the owners manual, the recommendation mileage to change transmission oil was 165k whereas my car had 120k mileage so I was tricked into over buying. What's more, the owner's manual says a specific transmission oil has to be used which I doubt was the one they used. Now after a few months, my transmission is noisy when climbing hills. I suspect the oil they used caused this.
3. Bought new front tyres. Many places do a wheel alignment for free but they charge extra 84 myr. This alone tells you a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No experienced skillful technician. They can probably fix your flat tyre or nailed or any other small common issue.
But the tyre pressure keep leaking while on the road. Went through simple checking, just gave an answer no bubble and don't know what's the problem that's all.
Don't expect too much of root cause analysis or anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other than finding the easist route to this car service location everything else was first class. There is no appointment scheme - everything is walk-in. So being late in the morning, as I was, meant a long service period before I could collect my car. During the day, any major issues that surfaced during the service were referred to me by phone - the potential action and costs discussed before work was authorised or rejected. I travel across KL to use this location because I think it is worth it - perhaps other sister locations are as good - just don't know. Professional, competent and responsible staff and mechanics.
