I was asking politely about the part that needs to be changed, and the staff answered me with sarcasm and wasn't even answering my question.
They're not charging cheap either, the only reason I have been going to them for many years is because of their location which is convenient, being in Bangsar.
Im considering other workshop now, just don't think I deserved that kinda customer service. There are a lot more workshops in KL and Selangor anyway, I am never coming back to them ever again.
Jason, you should tell your staff to be more polite, or teach them about some manners and respect, at least.

We all really satisfied throughout the experiences of sending our cars for service and repair here. Boss and all the staffs here are nice to customers and really efficient.
