Told the guy my mudguard was loose and dragging all the way. Need help fixing.
He just said shop was closed.
Few guys laying around waiting for shop to close. Don't post 6pm closing is you already mentally closed.
So much for customer service when you need help. Good bye.

I drove to uptown tyre nearby. Had my mudguard fixed.
So to anyone reading this post. You know where good service is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time here and I drove away satisfied. They fixed a minor problem. To me it was a major tyre deal breaker. In hindsight it was really a small hiccup, and I’m so happy they took me seriously anyway ?????? the lad attending to me was quick, efficient and stopped working on the tyre halfway to ask if I wanted to take a photo of the “damage”. ? ultimately this is the kind of place for you if you have a luxury or semi luxury car and you don’t want careless hands on it. Needless to say, for luxury you pay within a different kind of price bracket but you’ll get the right service and attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premium prices but not premium service. They are VERY expensive. Give this place a pass unless you REALLY need convenience.
One common upsell tactic they use is to tell you "your rim is bent". They charge 2-3 TIMES what an independent workshop would charge to fix bent rims.
Magically, EVERY rim I have ever brought in there is bent. Impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for balancing - just average service, but with a rather premium pricing. The uncle attending was not very friendly; curt and used passive-aggressive tone. They do not use torque wrench for retightening, despite the pricing they charge. Below-par experience overall.
