★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had earl grey chocolate smoothie. The "biodegradable" straw given is broken and sharp at the opening despite being a new one. The chocolate smoothie I had was literally made out of crushed ice where every sip is filled with crunchy bits (I noticed she struggled to pour the smoothie out of the blender, if it's milky enough that shouldn't be the case). I think smoothies should be milkier and less icy???? Can't taste the chocolate too.
