★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very very very poor services. parcel send out 17/04/20 until 21/04/20 yet receive the parcel. call their branch center , they ask me visit their warehouse and see how many parcel yet send to customer. I just want to know when I will receive my parcel, how come their customer service respond me like that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been waiting for my parcel to arrive for weeks when the parcel are few minutes away from my home. Called the customer service but nobody bother to pick up. After 20 times calling, finally someone answer and told us they will follow up, but no call back in days.
Call to the butterworth service center, but they ask me to come and pick up myself, I was asking them to provide me the address and she cut off my phone ?
After we arrive there, realize that they’ve been key in the wrong phone number and being rude to us. The Malay women was VERY VERY VERY UNFRIENDLY. My parcel was like 30kg and there are so many staff there, but they choose to ignore. Worst experience ever, not planning to use them anymore.
