★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went over to have the famous Nasi Kandar. This place is popular among locals and tourists. The service is pretty good. You will need to stand in line to get your Nasi Kandar. Once you have selected your dishes, the server will state "Line Clear" to tell the next person in line to come forward. I guess the food here is ok, but there are better Nasi Kandar places on the island. It's ok but not exceptional. Seating is decent, but do get there early to avoid the lunch or dinner crowd. There's parking within walking distance but no parking in front. No outdoor eating as far as I can recall. And I don't remember the place having air conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back then, this restaurant was really famous and the food is still good. Tips for tourists, their parking spot is located further away from their restaurant but once you parked, it is short distance walk. Do come early to avoid long line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me this is the best nasi kandar in Penang. My last visit here was a few years back after the big flood hit Penang badly. That time the taste a bit off. But this time I am fully satistied with the taste. Welcome back Line Clear!
