Hi, well, I'm not gonna say much, but, the environment was tiptop and I was mostly attracted to it, to be honest from the first day I walked in. However, I'd like to comment on how career development is promoted in this workplace as well as how teachers and other workers are treated. First thing first, I honestly don't think it is wrong for teachers to comment like this "the child needs more practice at home" in the kids' report books. That's what teachers ought to do in order to report to the parents how their kids are progressing from day to day at school. Just because teachers are fully responsible for their kids at school, doesn't mean the parents aren't supposed to be responsible for their kids' behaviours at home. Even if they're just little kids, I believe that behaviours of one's own kids derived from oneself. I'm not trying to say that I'm perfect or that I have had many more experiences than the management, it's not. This is just out of my concern as a former worker here because I loved the kids to an extent that I even thought of them as my own. I hope that my concerns here will be judged professionally for the school to have a brighter future with brighter minded kids and management. Overall, it was a good experience I gained as a fresh graduate although I must say that what I have studied for my TESL program in all those four years were not given any chance to be practised during my working hours here in this school. Perhaps, it's because I wasn't from early childhood education background, but this is what I thought I ought to comment. Thank you for everything. Hope this company will grow better if not bigger in the future. In addition, as a graduate from an Islamic college, I'd like to highlight on the fact that I witnessed the kids being taught about religious beliefs that are out of Islamic legal practices. I just want to remind that, there are Muslim kids there and I don't think it is nice to teach things like that to them and even pressure the Muslim teachers to enjoy non-halal things while working. Last but not least, I did learn many things from those four months of working experience and thanks to that, I have realized my own potentials in this field and what I truly want in my career life. As a Muslim, I'd like to pray, may Allah guide everyone of us to the right path, amin. I apologize if any of my words are not matched with the school rules in advance. Thank you once again.
