★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sylvester as a gemologist has been very professional & patient in educating me on selecting the diamond ring for my gf. He answered all my questions even though I did tons of research prior visit to Litz. He spent almost 2 hours on serving me alone although in the shop is busy with lots of customers. Litz is a family business located in JB, therefore they serve every customer whole heartedly, they have their in house design which is not losing to other brands. The price is reasonable, I would definitely be back to buy the wedding band.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 3 charms at Zalora. 2 charms can’t fit on my bracelet & 1 charm can fit. So I trade in the 2 charms & now another 1 charm going to broke. So now I need to trade in again the charm. Regret bought it online. Price also expensive. Really not worthy
