★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will be my last min ordering from this useless restaurant. They want me to download their app and order from their in-house instead of the human waitresses. Only did I show a horrible black face, did the waitresses offer to take our order. When my hotate don comes, it look more like a Chinese dried mushroom rice bowl with the strong mushroom taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem in City Square. In my opinion this is the best sushi place amongst 4 other sushi joints nearby.
Very reasonably priced as compared to other nearby sushi restaurants or Singapore. Quality is decent especially the aburi salmon series. Fantastic place to a get a quick sushi fix that wouldn't break a bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordering is done through app, which is convenient. Free wifi access is provided as well. Waiting time was quite long. Our sushi were served on a ship platter which is quite interesting and eye-catching. I'm not sure how do they go about cleaning this though because it seems troublesome as there are holes on the base which the sushi bits or sauce may drop into them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and interesting concept. Chanced upon a 3-day grand opening promotion (RM2/plate!) and decided to give it a try. Orders can be placed via a website/their app. Free wifi available at the restaurant. No longer have to wait forever for waiters to notice you but the option to call for waiters is also available on the website. There are also games to kill time on the website (waiting time became pretty competitive with the car game....).
Service staff was very nice and courteous. Always smiling and pleasant and responsive to calls. Staff were generally patient and willing to explain their concept/instructions to place orders. They were also nice and checked on us a couple of times during our meal.
Most importantly, presentation of food was impressive. Ordered 25 plates of sushi and didn't expect this presentation style. Especially since it was on a promotion as well. Definitely impressed by this service and would come back again.
(Waiting time of food can be improved though. Did feel the wait even while I was busy being engaged with their games on the website....)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sushi restaurant with reasonable price. I like their ordering method. The service crew are okay. The salmon sashimi I ordered have a weird texture, it's too soft.. Overall, it's a okay experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and standard Japanese food. However the seating near the balcony is a plus for the ambience. You can watch the world go by as you have your lunch. I was able to have a good read as well. Thoroughly enjoyable lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good sushi, affordable price. But nothing out of the ordinary. Green tea ice cream don't taste like green tea. It's funny that you have to use an app to order, but then you have to pay for service. And they say they are open till ten but last order was at 21.

We LOVE salmon sushi/sashimi and occasionally we will pamper ourselves to a sushi plate whenever we can. Salmon Sushi Lovers (RM18.80) - fit us perfectly as each salmon sushi has different topping.
Ambiance of Sushi House is bright and neat. Staff is also prompt in serving our orders. Overall the ingredients taste fresh and it is a nice dine-in place for families and friends at an affordable rate.
