★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving 1 star in terms of shopping experience after visiting the store yesterday. The sales sign attracted us to walk in but what put us off was seeing one of the foreign workers washing his face and his feet in the kitchen basin. We are not sure if it's supposed to be a kitchen concept or designated for office staffs use. Nevertheless, the basin is located within the retail items display area. So, imagine the sight of the worker lifted his foot into the basin and washing it openly in the presence of customers that are shopping in the store! OMG! This is so inappropriate and unprofessional. If the basin is designed for staffs use, it should be used for washing hands only amid the COVID-19 virus but for washing face and feet, it is more appropriate to do so in the washroom. It seems that the Management has failed terribly in training their people. There was no greeting, smile and added with the foreign worker's behavior, the entire experience was absolutely appalling.
