★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had pig stomach and tomato soup base, which is better than the branch at 163 Mall. The crowd is like back to normal with dine in permitted for patrons that are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Unfortunately the pig stomach is already running low around noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager (Sam) was so rude to customers. I ate at feifan with my friends on 26/1/22 at around 6pm. We waited outside for staff to clean the table for us and the manager told us to stand aside so we did. We waited patiently for them to clean and call us in but even after they have cleaned up the manager didn't call us in. We could clearly see that the table was ready but the manager made us wait for another 10-15minutes. This was still acceptable to us but what made us mad is that when we were about to finish our dinner, my other friend came to say hi to me so he asked the manager whether he could just sit for awhile but the manager yelled "you sit, I charge you" to him. The manager seriously needs to learn some lessons and be polite to people.please choose wisely when it comes to staff recruitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 1st time i dine in before 5pm just to enjoy the hotpot buffet special promotion with unlimited refill of selected dish and surprisingly the promo buffet menu is quite luxury and delicious, anyone who visit this place should try the homemade porkball and the marinated chicken with rice wine, it taste awesome, if you are not fan of spicy broth, you may try the Pork Bone Soup or the Pepper Pig Stomach Soup, trust me it will open up your appetite

Their slice meat is fresh and I like the homemade fish noodle.
Their delivery is good as well, has been order for few time during MCO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service and good manners serve by the tall male staff in black suit standing outside on today shift, not sure is he the supervisor. very patiently explain everything about the restaurant how to order and even help take our order several time when in peak time. Not sure why a lot of people complain about here, but i do have very pleasant experience in here. For that one male staff i really want to give applause ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A localized hotpot that is good in taste and good in moderation portion. The price went up significantly since the recent inflation to 50 plus plus per head. It is buffet style steam boat with ice cream, rice (pleasent surprise to have) soft drink station, condiment bar and red bean dessert etc. The Kari laksa soup base is a good localized change but be aware that the Kari soup gets saltier as the soup gets cooked. Note: good to add noodles of you like Kari mee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl with specs pushing the trolley and cleaning the table was rude. Just throwing the plates and utensils into the trolley bucket.
Even my children asked me if she was annoyed,when she was taking our order.
Why the long face and not answering to customer.
Shameful act, I know u are tired or it might not just be your day, but don't come to work and show temper.
Otherwise the others and manager were super friendly and happy.
The cups for ice cream and drinks were either oily or has a smell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was very busy and noisy. We were quickly ushered to our seats and before you can say Geronimo, the server help us place our orders and within a few minutes the big pot of soup came followed by 2 stacks of raw food waiting to be cooked and eaten. As soon as the pot of soup was boiling, we were splish-splashing our food in the soup and into our belly. Our refill order came just as fast. This is the first time in a long time, we found a restaurant offering excellent service and value for money. What a wonderful experience.
