Came down from Bukit Beruntung rawang for reunion dinner at LK Soup and nvr regretted the long journey.
The signature sauce prawns were jus too delicious for me to express in writing. In simple words, 99% of the time, I dun eat prawns but this time I whack prawns kaw kaw.
Nxt dish to make it to my top 3 list of good food are the lk sauce grouper. the sauce are Not to salty n taste jus...mmmmm rite! the fish meat not being too hard from oversteaming.
Lastly my top 1 dish at LK soup is a normal dish. It's so normal that other restaurants do not giv special care to preparing it. It's Lk lotus wrap rice. I think we always cannot finish it at other places n ask the restaurant to tapau the leftovers. At LK soup, no opportunity to tapau as the rice are so fragrant and topped with " Yun Cheong"...OMG ...I m in 7th heaven...every bit of rice are clear from the plate. Its " mei yan chew gang".
Worth every bit of my petrol to travel to Lk Soup for reunion dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boycott! Extremely pricey food. The food served totally different than the picture. Furthermore, they charged RM2.00 for nuts which I did not even touch. Not to mention when I told the lady that we did not eat it , she replied that it has been placed outside for too long so they will not refund back the money. All the chinese restaurants which I visited before would just take it back if you do not touch it and not charge the customers at all. I guess customer satisfaction is worth less than RM2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local restaurant serving delicious dishes . Famous for its amazing herbal soups as the family used to be in the Chinese herbal medicine business. The pork dishes are a standout ... the pai kuat wong was lusciously coated in special sauce and tender . Tofu was home made .
A decent place to take the family out for dinner either for a simple home style meal or for a celebration dinner.
