★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is delicious, price is also very reasonable! Strongly recommend it's Lava Cake, Quesadeilla,Grilled Chicken Chop and Seafood/ Duck Olio-olio Spaghetti! When you think of Western food in Kluang, should think of Loading Bay Cafe! Yummy!?? yummy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 3 drinks with our meals, but only 2 were delivered! The waiters were sometimes confused & I had to use both English &Bahasa Melayu when placing orders! Food &service used to be good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boss/staff are very friendly and attentive and even offer us an umbrella when it rains while we were leaving.
For its ambience, the prices here are unbeatable even if the foods are a hit or miss as my friend thoroughly enjoyed her Mushroom Sandwich Toast but not so much for my Scramble Egg as the eggs are just simply stir-fried rather then scramble.

probably the best black pepper grilled chicken you can find in this town.
the very first bite would tell you almost everything~ freshness, tenderness, juiciness, tastiness, etc.
just one word ~ wholesome.

Service was meh. The owner was overly desperate to promote their food and it was not at all to my delight. Interrupted several times when we were discussing what to eat. (C'mon be patient la). Halfway through eating, the waiter came and asked if he could remove the plate which I was obviosuly still eating my potatoes wedges on it. Not sure his motive but it was unacceptable.
Quesadilla is delectable, 8/10. Should try if you are visiting this place.
Carbonara spaghetti was 5/10, the texture was spot on but lacked the cheesy flavour and the herbs were excessive.
Grilled chicken with cheese was unsatisfactory. The portion of the dish was too penny-pinching as the thickness of the chicken chop was hardly even half-an-inch thick. The cheese topping lacked seasoning. In a positive note, the potato wedges actually went quite well.
Completed the meal with lava cake and ice cream. Lava cake was 7/10, but the ice cream was substandard.
They also offered 10% off within one day (before & after) of your birthday!
